Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, marketing, economics, or social sciences.
  • 7+ years experience in moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.
  • 5+ years of strategic market research, advertising, creative, or account planning experience.
  • Experience as a marketing consultant, behavioral scientist, or usability/UX researcher.
  • Strong research experience within pharmaceutical, med tech, or consumer health sectors is a plus.
  • Proven ability to write and present ideas, observations, and recommendations clearly.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and against client objectives.
  • Design studies and write research proposals.
  • Craft questionnaires and discussion guides using appropriate techniques.
  • Moderate 1:1 and group interviews as well as online engagements.
  • Analyze findings to connect dots and identify emerging themes.
  • Incorporate strategic elements, story flow, and recommendations into client reports.
  • Build rapport and deepen understanding of client business to anticipate needs.
