Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, marketing, economics, or social sciences.
- 7+ years experience in moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.
- 5+ years of strategic market research, advertising, creative, or account planning experience.
- Experience as a marketing consultant, behavioral scientist, or usability/UX researcher.
- Strong research experience within pharmaceutical, med tech, or consumer health sectors is a plus.
- Proven ability to write and present ideas, observations, and recommendations clearly.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and against client objectives.
- Design studies and write research proposals.
- Craft questionnaires and discussion guides using appropriate techniques.
- Moderate 1:1 and group interviews as well as online engagements.
- Analyze findings to connect dots and identify emerging themes.
- Incorporate strategic elements, story flow, and recommendations into client reports.
- Build rapport and deepen understanding of client business to anticipate needs.
