Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience moderating and delivering client-facing projects in a market research or agency setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, marketing, economics, or social sciences (psychology, anthropology, sociology).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various project needs.
  • Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies and report writing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write succinctly and professionally.
  • Capacity to leverage industry frameworks and psychological insights to elevate strategy.
  • Professional presence and ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned project aspects to ensure timely delivery against client objectives.
  • Support study design and proposal writing.
  • Draft questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives and participants.
  • Moderate 1:1 interviews, group interviews, and online engagements (e.g., Communities, Remesh).
  • Analyze research data to identify themes and craft strategic reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with clients.
  • Represent Brado at external events and contribute to department initiatives.
