Requirements
- 3+ years of experience moderating and delivering client-facing projects in a market research or agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, marketing, economics, or social sciences (psychology, anthropology, sociology).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various project needs.
- Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies and report writing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write succinctly and professionally.
- Capacity to leverage industry frameworks and psychological insights to elevate strategy.
- Professional presence and ability to build rapport with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned project aspects to ensure timely delivery against client objectives.
- Support study design and proposal writing.
- Draft questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives and participants.
- Moderate 1:1 interviews, group interviews, and online engagements (e.g., Communities, Remesh).
- Analyze research data to identify themes and craft strategic reports with actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with clients.
- Represent Brado at external events and contribute to department initiatives.
