Requirements
- 10+ years of experience moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.
- 6+ years of strategic experience in market research, advertising, creative planning, or account planning.
- Experience as a marketing consultant, behavioral scientist, or usability/UX researcher.
- Ability to write and present ideas, observations, and recommendations clearly and compellingly.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities to identify client direction.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project needs.
- Pharmaceutical, med tech, med device, or consumer health research experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all project aspects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.
- Design studies, write proposals, and create questionnaires and discussion guides.
- Moderate 1:1 and group interviews as well as online engagements such as Communities and Remesh.
- Analyze data to identify emerging themes and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
- Present ideas and observations to clients in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Manage client relationships by demonstrating a consultative presence and anticipating business needs.
