Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in SAP-driven supply chain process areas, specifically O2C and F2S.
  • Strong expertise in SAP systems, process design, and end-to-end supply chain integration.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, deployment, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, process governance, and system standardization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • SAP certification or supply chain accreditation (e.g., APICS) preferred.
  • Exposure to agile practices, project management, and digital transformation programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive end-to-end SAP-enabled process design across O2C and F2S functions.
  • Lead SAP change management, deployment governance, regression testing, and release readiness.
  • Establish and maintain process discipline, standards, and controls.
  • Act as the primary SAP SME for supply chain systems providing guidance to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across SAP processes and operational workflows.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and deployments.
  • Build SAP capability through training and knowledge sharing.
