Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience, preferably in learning and development, training coordination, human resources, talent development, customer success, education, coaching, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and provide guidance remotely.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, tracking progress, and maintaining organized workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and support individuals with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working evening and night shifts aligned with international business hours.
  • Passion for learning, development, coaching, and helping others achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and training experience for program participants, ensuring they receive timely guidance and resources throughout their journey.
  • Communicate regularly via email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings to answer questions, provide updates, and maintain engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of training programs, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Mentor and coach participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, strengthen business skills, and successfully achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor participant progress, evaluate performance, and provide structured, actionable feedback to support development and growth.
  • Make informed recommendations regarding program completion and progression while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness, participant experience, and program outcomes.
  • Contribute to initiatives that support organizational growth by helping develop and retain high-performing program participants.
