Requirements

  • 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
  • Proven track record in curriculum design and large-scale teacher training for public schools.
  • Experience as a classroom teacher is highly desirable.
  • Direct experience navigating and working with government stakeholders and system leaders.
  • Deep pedagogical knowledge of effective TPD models, adult learning principles, and experiential learning.
  • Strong research skills and capacity to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Outstanding facilitation skills for small and large groups.
  • Exceptional observation skills to accurately assess teacher needs.
  • Ability to balance design rigor with flexibility for implementation.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate strategic objectives and evolve models of teacher learning.
  • Research global and local best practices in professional development and instructional coaching.
  • Improve training content iteratively based on participant feedback and field data.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners and integrate tech-based or blended training solutions.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences for educators.
  • Upskill internal teams and external Master Trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Work with curriculum teams to align design with pedagogical goals.
  • Manage government stakeholder relationships, including SCERTs, to coordinate implementation.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve the vertical's strategic goals.
