Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in data operations, data quality, system quality, quality testing, training lead, or coordinator role.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, Prompt Engineering, and Lean Methodology.
- Understanding of data annotation and quality metrics.
- Experience in HITL quality and Machine Teaching.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute learning interventions and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver instructor-led training and asynchronous learning programs for new hires and tenured employees.
- Manage a team of Data analysts conducting quality audits and providing process feedback.
- Serve as the owner of data quality, ensuring compliance with governance standards and documentation.
- Analyze audit data to identify performance gaps and translate insights into targeted interventions.
- Develop trainings for advanced skills in Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), prompt engineering, and data governance.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, drive standardization, and facilitate Kaizen events.
- Support the exploration of AI-assisted auditing tools and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Produce metrics and reports for senior management regarding process health and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
