Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business technology, Salesforce ecosystems, or revenue operations platforms
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud preferred)
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent tools)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data platforms
  • Strong leadership experience managing technical teams (6–8+ people) with a focus on mentoring and development
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, lead management, and revenue operations frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building executive dashboards and BI solutions (Power BI, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital transformation and automation initiatives
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and driving cross-functional execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Experience with data governance, compliance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA), and enterprise security standards
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the 18-month strategy and roadmap for sales and marketing technology systems aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Optimize the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle through process redesign, automation, and Agile delivery practices
  • Architect and enhance a complex Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integrated business applications
  • Oversee marketing technology platforms, including automation, attribution, and customer data systems
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI and automation initiatives to eliminate manual workflows
  • Manage executive reporting, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Lead a technical team of analysts and administrators
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams and executive stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships, strategic partnerships, and contract oversight
  • Drive change management, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement
