Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to shape end-to-end market outcomes.
- Proven experience in building relationships and influencing executive-level audiences.
- Strong background in partnering with sales leadership on strategy and performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with curiosity.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience coaching and developing a team of business operations associates and managers.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience at a high-growth B2B AI or SaaS company is preferred.
- Experience working with large data sets and tools like Databricks, BigQuery, or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic owner of the Commercial and Mid-market business segments, identifying growth levers through analysis of market performance and product-market fit.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to sales leadership for annual/quarterly planning, territory design, goal setting, and forecasting.
- Develop executive-ready presentations to influence company-wide strategy and high-impact decision-making.
- Lead complex strategic projects, including new segment launches and field productivity improvements.
- Own analytics and insights, independently transforming data across sources like Salesforce, Databricks, Gong, and Tableau.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive and high-performing business operations team.
- Drive and track the execution of cross-functional investments and initiatives.
