Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market existing clients, driving retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client marketing objectives and revenue growth targets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across key verticals such as retail, restaurant, and direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and delivering data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive account expansion and opportunity identification.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (analytics, product, and campaign operations) to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization.
  • Ensure accurate campaign delivery, contractual compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring pipeline accuracy, forecasting precision, and activity tracking.
