Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or closing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business performance and financial data.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small and medium-sized business clients, identifying opportunities for renewal and additional funding solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business goals, financial needs, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Analyze financial information, business performance, and customer profiles to recommend suitable financing options.
  • Own the full renewal sales cycle, from opportunity identification and approval through negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage reporting tools, performance data, and customer insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize results.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transactions and customer experiences.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Balance multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-volume sales environment.
