Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers, focusing on renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze business profiles and financial data to recommend appropriate funding solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from renewal approval through closing, ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets.
  • Use data, reporting, and pipeline insights to prioritize outreach and optimize daily sales activity.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting and internal sales teams to structure effective financing solutions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize long-term customer value.
  • Maintain high activity levels in a fast-paced environment while ensuring strong customer experience and relationship quality.
