- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with strong accountability for results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers, focusing on renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Analyze business profiles and financial data to recommend appropriate funding solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Own the full sales cycle from renewal approval through closing, ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets.
- Use data, reporting, and pipeline insights to prioritize outreach and optimize daily sales activity.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and internal sales teams to structure effective financing solutions.
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize long-term customer value.
- Maintain high activity levels in a fast-paced environment while ensuring strong customer experience and relationship quality.
