Requirements
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience in a technology, fintech, or payments-focused environment with a strong performance track record.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior business and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple internal functions and external partners.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Experience in payments or banking solutions sales is a strong advantage.
- A resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion across a defined territory, focusing on BaaS products for startups, SMBs, and digital-native companies.
- Build and execute a proactive territory and outbound strategy to generate and qualify a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead high-level commercial and technical discussions with executive stakeholders across prospective and existing clients.
- Develop deep expertise in BaaS offerings (issuing, capital, treasury) and position solutions against competitive alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and technical teams to relay customer insights and influence product direction.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of go-to-market playbooks and scalable sales processes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are translated into actionable product and business improvements.
