Responsibilities

  • Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs and identify root causes.
  • Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, and cohort analyses.
  • Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy metrics).
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Work with Data Engineering to contribute to analytics infrastructure and improve data quality.
  • Support the development of marketing analytics frameworks like LTV, CAC, and attribution.
  • Mentor junior analysts and participate in analytical planning as part of the leadership track.
