Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Analytics.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with product metrics, funnels, retention, experimentation, and growth analytics.
- Strong business and product thinking.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Interest in mentoring others and growing into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs and identify root causes.
- Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, and cohort analyses.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments (A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC, proxy metrics).
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Work with Data Engineering to contribute to analytics infrastructure and improve data quality.
- Support the development of marketing analytics frameworks like LTV, CAC, and attribution.
- Mentor junior analysts and participate in analytical planning as part of the leadership track.
