Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, engineering, network planning, or capacity strategy roles in complex organizations.
  • Proven track record in supply chain transformation, network design, and large-scale operational improvement programs.
  • Strong experience in analytics, modeling, and data-driven decision-making to support strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into operational supply chain models and executable transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership, commercial, and operational teams.
  • Experience with project management of complex, multi-stream initiatives in global or multi-market contexts.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred; MBA considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive alignment at executive level.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of global supply chain transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with growth priorities, operational excellence, and long-term scalability across markets.
  • Drive network design, sourcing decisions, and make-vs-buy analysis while shaping the future operating model of manufacturing and distribution ecosystems.
  • Partner with senior leaders across commercial, sales, marketing, and operations to align demand assumptions, growth forecasts, and strategic supply chain planning.
  • Oversee and implement large-scale transformation initiatives including insourcing, network consolidation, and third-party transitions.
  • Identify and deliver productivity opportunities through cost structure deep dives, analytics, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced technologies and capabilities such as automation, data-driven planning, and next-generation supply chain tools.
  • Establish governance, documentation, and clear communication frameworks for strategic initiatives and organizational change programs.
  • Lead cross-functional project management efforts, ensuring execution quality, milestone delivery, and measurable impact across initiatives.
