Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher education required.
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound calling, preferably in healthcare customer service, sales, or direct outreach environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly, especially with seniors and patients with complex needs.
- Strong empathy, active listening skills, and a consistent patient-centered approach.
- Ability to thrive in repetitive, high-output call environments without loss of energy or quality.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including typing notes while speaking and managing multiple systems simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Experience with EMR systems and knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare programs is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, SMS, and virtual outreach to schedule annual visits and follow-up appointments for existing patients.
- Maintain a daily target of 135+ outbound calls while managing structured call queues and CRM workflows.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-ups via text and messaging platforms to support scheduling completion.
- Navigate multiple systems (CRM tools, spreadsheets, messaging platforms) while documenting patient interactions in real time.
- Educate patients on the importance of ongoing care and guide them through scheduling and care coordination steps.
- Provide warm, empathetic, and professional communication during every patient interaction.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate scheduling, readiness, and follow-through on care plans.
- Support engagement goals by monitoring metrics and contributing to performance and quality standards.
