Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, productivity, and personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must possess a reliable internet connection (must not use PLDT).
- Willingness to use a time tracker.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine time.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance coverage and manage calls regarding outstanding insurance claims.
- Schedule appointments, contact patients, and conduct follow-ups.
- Collect and post payments while accurately recording receipts.
- Monitor and work aging reports to ensure all dental claims are paid correctly.
- Submit dental claims to insurance providers via online portals, mail, or fax.
