Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, productivity, and personal responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must possess a reliable internet connection (must not use PLDT).
  • Willingness to use a time tracker.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine time.

Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance coverage and manage calls regarding outstanding insurance claims.
  • Schedule appointments, contact patients, and conduct follow-ups.
  • Collect and post payments while accurately recording receipts.
  • Monitor and work aging reports to ensure all dental claims are paid correctly.
  • Submit dental claims to insurance providers via online portals, mail, or fax.
