Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in billing, Accounts Receivable, expense claims, journal entries, and month-end closing support.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and data reconciliation.
  • Experience using accounting systems (Sage Intacct is an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting overseas clients or regional finance teams is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update client billing records, invoice trackers, and Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing reports.
  • Assist with invoice preparation and basic billing analysis.
  • Review and process expense claims to ensure accuracy and documentation.
  • Support contractor payroll and perform accounting journal entries.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Maintain finance trackers, dashboards, and client analysis reports.
  • Compile documentation for audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore finance team and regional stakeholders.
