Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
  • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling in MN market and have established broker relationships.
  • Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to MN market as needed.
  • Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
  • Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment.
  • Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships.
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline.
  • Partner with the other RD and SAE in the market to collaborate on in-market support and building broker relationships.
