Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
- Experience in health insurance strongly preferred.
- Experience selling in MN market and have established broker relationships.
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to MN market as needed.
- Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment.
- Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships.
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline.
- Partner with the other RD and SAE in the market to collaborate on in-market support and building broker relationships.
