Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, finance, business, or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management within complex, client-facing environments.
- 3–5+ years of proven people leadership experience, including managing multi-level and matrixed teams.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and lead initiatives in high-pressure environments.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational information.
- Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and board-level audiences.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, healthcare financial processes, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client operations across healthcare revenue cycle programs, ensuring delivery of financial, operational, and service performance targets.
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic plans, policies, and initiatives aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point.
- Identify performance gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending and driving solutions for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate regular business reviews and operational meetings with client leadership, including CFOs and executive stakeholders.
- Oversee revenue cycle performance metrics, including bad debt, compliance, payer updates, and process optimization initiatives.
- Lead and influence cross-functional and on-site teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution excellence across engagements.
- Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights, reports, and strategic recommendations for clients.
