Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
- Active independent licensure in behavioral health in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or multi-site leadership.
- Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., licensed clinician, clinical coordinator).
- Demonstrated success managing geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in dialysis, nephrology, chronic disease management, or hospice environments highly valued.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfort with routine local and regional travel within Florida.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership to clinical team members embedded within DaVita kidney care sites across Florida.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and workflows.
- Conduct regular site visits to coach staff and maintain partnerships with DaVita site leadership.
- Manage market-level metrics including productivity, patient engagement, documentation compliance, and care quality outcomes.
- Identify performance gaps, implement corrective action plans, and ensure execution of organizational standards.
- Partner with operations and clinical leadership to align field operations with organizational priorities.
