Requirements
- 10+ years of product management leadership experience.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale consumer products in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured execution plans.
- Familiarity with AI-native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM-powered discovery.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with LTV/CAC and profitability assessments.
- Experience managing people and scaling decision-making across diverse product lines.
- Strong consumer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy.
- Translate vision into clear roadmaps and actionable execution plans.
- Manage and scale consumer-facing surfaces including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers.
- Align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to optimize the marketplace ecosystem.
- Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis.
