10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading complex technical product portfolios in digital forensics, cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or adjacent domains.
Strong understanding of workflow-driven product strategy, platform thinking, and capability-oriented portfolio management.
Experience leading initiatives across desktop, cloud, hybrid, or platform-enabled environments.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
Ability to travel 20-25%, which could include international travel.

Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Examination & Analysis domain.
Drive workflow and JTBD-oriented product strategy focused on investigator and examiner outcomes.
Identify opportunities for shared capabilities, workflow integration, platform evolution, and portfolio convergence.
Partner with centralized AI leadership to deliver impactful Agentic investigative capabilities.
Own roadmap strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management for products and capabilities.
Utilize AI and Claude to drive lean Product Discovery, Experimentation and Analysis.
Drive execution in partnership with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality investigative workflows.
Engage directly with customers and investigative agencies to understand pain points and market trends.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
