Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading complex technical product portfolios in digital forensics, cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or adjacent domains.
- Strong understanding of workflow-driven product strategy, platform thinking, and capability-oriented portfolio management.
- Experience leading initiatives across desktop, cloud, hybrid, or platform-enabled environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Ability to travel 20-25%, which could include international travel.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Examination & Analysis domain.
- Drive workflow and JTBD-oriented product strategy focused on investigator and examiner outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for shared capabilities, workflow integration, platform evolution, and portfolio convergence.
- Partner with centralized AI leadership to deliver impactful Agentic investigative capabilities.
- Own roadmap strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management for products and capabilities.
- Utilize AI and Claude to drive lean Product Discovery, Experimentation and Analysis.
- Drive execution in partnership with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality investigative workflows.
- Engage directly with customers and investigative agencies to understand pain points and market trends.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
