Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, logistics, management consulting, or high-growth marketplace environments.
- Proven track record of owning operational problems end-to-end, from diagnosis to testing and rollout.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in SQL and experience working with data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Cursor to automate workflows and surface insights.
- Experience building processes from scratch in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Hands-on mindset with willingness to get into the details of operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Own Dasher quality for catering, ensuring on-time arrival, accurate setup, and reliable handoffs.
- Develop and test logistics models, including Dasher selection, batching, and equipment approaches.
- Investigate delivery issues by engaging with customers and Dashers to identify root causes.
- Build automated workflows using AI to surface insights and streamline operational processes.
- Translate field findings into product and operational recommendations to improve delivery reliability.
