Requirements
- 3–5+ years in healthcare management consulting or implementation roles
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Experience or exposure to healthcare systems, pharmacy, or clinical ops
- Interest in AI/automation in healthcare operations
- Consulting background (Big 4 or boutique) preferred
- Specialty pharmacy or EMR experience preferred
- PMP or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, and execution (PMO leadership)
- Drive cross-functional workstreams (clinical, IT/EMR, AI, 340B, payer)
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives and adoption
- Build scalable processes, playbooks, and continuous improvements
