Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation, business transformation, or management consulting initiatives.
- Experience delivering large-scale, global transformation programs across multiple business functions.
- Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and successfully implement new ways of working.
- Deep understanding of Finance operations including R2R, S2P, and O2C processes.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, automation, AI, analytics, or digital Finance transformation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- High digital literacy including Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- MBA preferred.
- PMP, CCMP, or Prosci certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and measurable business outcomes.
- Design and implement future-state Finance operating and service delivery models.
- Manage multiple transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.
- Develop and execute change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
