Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios in a matrixed organization.
  • 5+ years of dedicated program or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution cadence.
  • Proven experience managing strategic initiative or enterprise program roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management including stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Jira or Confluence for program and dependency management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the strategic initiatives roadmap, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and portfolio visibility.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Translate strategy into execution through clear program charters, success metrics, milestones, and governance structures.
  • Serve as a connective hub across product, technology, and functional teams to drive alignment and remove blockers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and executive readouts; maintain program artifacts like RAID logs and delivery plans.
  • Produce executive-ready communications and reporting on portfolio health, risks, and decisions.
  • Lead change management planning and execution, including stakeholder assessments, readiness analysis, and training.
  • Support or lead AI-enabled initiatives focused on responsible rollout and operational improvement.
