Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience with success in driving complex cross-organizational programs.
- Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with precision and credibility across engineering, product, and executive audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into strategic decisions and drive alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams, resolve conflict, and build consensus.
- Proven track record of successful program delivery in complex technical environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-org decisions across teams like Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, and Observability, resolving complex integration and ownership issues.
- Own the critical path to major launches by proactively shaping scope and negotiating trade-offs across teams.
- Influence and shape product and engineering roadmaps by advocating for cross-cutting investments and correcting misalignments.
- Support ProServ and Partnerships by integrating their requirements into the roadmap and ensuring the platform meets the needs of complex customers.
- Set program strategy in partnership with leadership and hold organizations accountable for outcomes.
