Requirements
- 7+ years of technical program or program management experience in consumer hardware, software, or connected devices.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional New Product Introductions (NPI) from planning through launch.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
- Experience coordinating globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with full product lifecycles, from early development through manufacturing ramp.
- Startup experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end program timeline for new product introductions, integrating engineering, manufacturing, and business readiness milestones from concept through launch.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Define, track, and communicate major program milestones, readiness gates, and decision points, ensuring risks and dependencies are surfaced early.
- Partner with Engineering and Hardware leads to align software, firmware, and factory execution with global plans.
- Identify and manage cross-functional risks and tradeoffs, facilitating decisions across scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
- Drive structured communication and documentation to ensure decisions and dependencies are clearly captured.
