Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience.
- Significant clinical monitoring experience.
- Mastery of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in functional management and cross-functional team environments.
- Experience in planning, risk management, and change management.
- In-depth experience in pharmaceutical or device research.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact for clients.
- Develop and manage study-related clinical documents including plans, templates, and training materials.
- Drive site feasibility processes and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
- Lead internal clinical team meetings and oversee CRAs and CTAs.
- Ensure study compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on project budgets, monthly invoicing, and variance management.
- Implement and manage eTMF and generate metric reports for study oversight.
- Manage investigational product accountability and reconciliation.
