Requirements
- 8+ years of experience producing large-scale B2B tech conferences or corporate events.
- Proven experience leading executive keynote programming and conference content.
- Strong live event production experience, including rehearsals and on-stage execution.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management tools such as Bizzabo.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Shape world-class keynote and mainstage experiences through storytelling and live production.
- Own end-to-end content experience for FUSION Las Vegas and regional flagship events.
- Manage executive speaker selection, briefing, rehearsals, and on-stage support.
- Translate strategic narratives into keynote storylines, agendas, and customer journeys.
- Drive content operations, including timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with production teams to deliver seamless keynotes and breakout sessions.
- Develop and deploy a scalable 'event-in-a-box' model for global consistency.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Communications teams.
