Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining a QA/QC program.
- Strong technical writing skills for operational documentation and SOPs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven project and time management skills.
- Ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace.
- QMS experience preferred.
- Cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CPG industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage QA/QC program for Pax consumable product lines across 5+ states with 10+ production partners.
- Oversee all document control, technical writing, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Batch Records.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
- Train and develop partner Pax operators on SOPs, MBRs, and supporting documentation for new products and processes.
- Monitor partner operational adherence to written procedures and identify potential quality or compliance issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformance events.
- Provide routine status updates and information to leadership and operations teams.
