Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience within a Technology or related setting.
- Strong written and communication skills in English.
- Team spirit and the ability to take responsibility for tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable skills in data and image capture technologies (OCR/ICR) (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud-to-cloud connectivity (preferred).
- Knowledge about certificates (preferred).
- Experience with Windows Server configuration (preferred).
- Understanding of database concepts (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct project work pertaining to live workshops and xSuite products.
- Analyze different sources of information such as E-Mail, EDI, and XML.
- Handle customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation.
- Customize OCR/Capture systems, perform testing, manage go-live processes, and conduct user training.
- Become an expert on xSuite products and services.
