Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing successful sales teams, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in German and good English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong leadership skills with a cooperative, situational leadership style.
- Ability to interact and communicate confidently with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking combined with a structured and results-oriented approach.
- Proven track record in driving business growth through innovative concepts and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and continuously develop a high-performing team of field sales representatives.
- Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets through strategic leadership and performance management.
- Analyze market conditions and share trends or events impacting sales performance.
- Support the planning and execution of key trade fairs and industry events.
- Collaborate with national account teams, marketing, customer service, and professional services to implement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of business plans aligned with marketing strategy and corporate objectives.
- Complete regular joint field visits to support the team and implement best practices.
