Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing successful sales teams, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent in German and good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership skills with a cooperative, situational leadership style.
  • Ability to interact and communicate confidently with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking combined with a structured and results-oriented approach.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth through innovative concepts and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and continuously develop a high-performing team of field sales representatives.
  • Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets through strategic leadership and performance management.
  • Analyze market conditions and share trends or events impacting sales performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of key trade fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate with national account teams, marketing, customer service, and professional services to implement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans aligned with marketing strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Complete regular joint field visits to support the team and implement best practices.
