Requirements

  • Multi-year experience in B2B Inside Sales, Telesales, or Account Expansion (specifically within existing accounts).
  • Proven track record of achieving performance targets in upsell and cross-sell scenarios.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the full end-to-end sales cycle and closing process.
  • Strong remote communication skills including needs assessment, benefit articulation, and objection handling.
  • Experience in KPI-driven environments with a focus on output, conversion rates, and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking activities and maintaining transparency.
  • Structured working style with strong time-management skills for weekly planning and funnel prioritization.
  • Experience with subscription models and recurring revenue (ARR/MRR) is preferred.
  • Industry experience in Retail (LEH), Marketing Services, or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base through use case analysis and needs assessment.
  • Proactively contact customers via remote channels to present value propositions and service upgrades.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles from qualification and decision-maker engagement to proposal and closing.
  • Conduct and follow up on at least 20 qualified online meetings per week.
  • Maintain daily CRM system hygiene regarding call reports, activity logs, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to optimize handovers and campaign implementation.
  • Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitor insights, and product requirements.
