Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales.
- Ability to actively advise, sell, and close business with dealers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and stock-in-market information.
- Experience supporting regional sales teams or account managers.
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
- Ability to occasionally participate in in-person sales events and trade fairs.
Responsibilities
- Actively advise and sell to dealers across the DACH region via phone, email, and internal B2B site.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities while managing re-orders and replenishment to hit targets.
- Execute sales campaigns and promotions in coordination with Regional Account Managers.
- Provide operational support for Regional Account Managers, including preparing offers, forecasts, and action plans.
- Build and maintain a rolling 12-month sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Capture and analyze sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-market data to support commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
