Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional services or consultative sales.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of engaging with prospects and achieving conversions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to discuss sensitive immigration matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and organized sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads quickly and confidently to convert them into booked appointments.
- Perform outbound follow-up on leads that did not book on first contact.
- Qualify prospects through structured conversations to confirm fit for legal services.
- Overcome prospect objections to successfully move them forward.
- Book case evaluation appointments and ensure clients are prepared and confirmed.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for every interaction.
- Meet specific daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly booking targets.
- Participate in daily team check-ins and structured reporting.
