Requirements

- Holiday rotation is required.
- Availability for weekends and 2nd shift hours may be required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to electronic inquiries from eMarketplace platforms including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Complete returns, research, website assistance, and problem resolution in a single contact.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate and complete resolution on the first contact.
- Address customer needs, complaints, and issues with products or services.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to provide efficient, accurate service.
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics.
- Make product or service recommendations to suit client needs.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities.
