Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or service.
- Proven track record of handling customer inquiries with empathy and clarity.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to write clear bug reports.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in writing relational database queries (SQL), including SELECT statements, filters, and multi-table JOINs.
- Conceptual understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and HTTP status codes.
- Ability to analyze raw log data, trace IDs, and JSON payloads to map system transaction breakdowns.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for external teams by reviewing and clarifying escalations before reaching the engineering team.
- Investigate operational issues such as stuck orders, inventory sync errors, and financial workflow failures.
- Perform technical triage and log analysis using tools like Datadog to identify root causes.
- Execute pre-defined SQL statements and scripts to resolve Customer Change Requests.
- Translate customer issues into precise technical bug reports for engineers.
- Advocate for the customer experience team during weekly operational health syncs.
