Requirements
- Proven experience in Partner Engineering, Technical Alliances, Solutions Architecture, or similar partner-facing technical roles.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs, SDKs, Webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
- Ability to read code, write proof-of-concepts, debug partner implementations, and build 'glue code'.
- Robust understanding of Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and CI/CD ecosystems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, OAuth flows, and event-driven architectures is highly desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of initiatives and navigate ambiguous, cross-organizational environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle for integrations with SCMs, CI/CD providers, Cloud platforms, and security vendors.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering and product teams to foster collaborative partnerships.
- Design and document technical reference architectures, integration patterns, and API contracts for 'better together' solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on APIs, data models, and webhooks to partners and assist with debugging integration challenges.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to validate and certify partner integrations.
- Create technical content, including integration guides, sample code, and best practices, and serve as a technical evangelist.
