Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with financial reporting systems; preferably NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and resolve complex challenges.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure financial records comply with GAAP.
- Calculate, monitor, and adjust cost accruals.
- Post and review services revenue, including preparing reports to validate service revenue/cost.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Validate and resolve unbilled/deferred revenue balances.
- Partner with operations to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and assist with external audit requests.
