Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of consulting, architecture, engineering, or related experience.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership, principal architect, or practice leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, client-facing delivery engagements.
- Strong track record of owning pre-sales pursuits, including discovery, scoping, and proposal development.
- Expertise in designing and delivering modern data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud data architectures.
- Knowledge of enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics operating models.
- Experience with cloud-native data platforms, data warehouses, lakehouse platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for both virtual and in-person settings.
- Ability to connect technical strategy to business value and solve complex, abstract problems.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, architecture, and planning workshops for large, complex enterprise Data and Analytics engagements.
- Manage the full pre-sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, solution alignment, scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
- Act as Engagement or Technical Architecture Lead to ensure delivery success, stakeholder alignment, and business impact.
- Develop reusable intellectual property, methodologies, and frameworks to scale practice capabilities and consistency.
- Mentor consultants, architects, and engineers on architecture quality, executive communication, and delivery excellence.
- Drive innovation and practice strategy across data engineering, platform modernization, and AI-enabled solutions.
