Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of experience directly managing or leading software engineering teams.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives across matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional project management and scoping skills under shifting constraints.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering and automated development workflows, specifically using Claude Code or similar LLM-driven interfaces.
- Strong background in DevOps, continuous production delivery, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of designing scalable, high-performance, event-driven streaming microservices.
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in containerized environments using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- High proficiency in one or more core languages such as Golang, Java, or C#.
- Experience or strong interest in cloud-native cybersecurity (CNAPP).
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team for the CSPM product.
- Communicate team priorities, define development tasks, and own sprint planning and tracking.
- Drive high-visibility, company-level strategic initiatives across product, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage complex cross-team dependencies and mitigate timeline shifts or resource constraints.
- Act as a technical touchpoint for stakeholders and customers to manage expectations.
- Champion and scale a Claude Code-based development workflow and AI-native engineering practices.
- Architect and implement automated pipelines for testing, maintenance, and code reviews.
- Guide the design of multitenant, cloud-native data processing microservices.
- Conduct code reviews and perform hands-on coding to unblock critical milestones.
- Manage team performance through coaching and setting individual development goals.
