Requirements
- 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing engineers across levels.
- 7+ years total engineering experience working with SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, Postgres, and Django (preferred).
- Ad platform API expertise (Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.) (preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and grow a mixed-level team with clear goals and regular feedback.
- Own delivery planning and execution, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Own SDLC and CI/CD governance to shorten feedback loops and streamline releases.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to build products aligned with strategy and customer outcomes.
- Set and evolve team-level technical direction in alignment with broader architecture.
- Foster a feedback culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
