Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing complex solutions.
  • Experience selling to enterprise and software companies, including Fortune 500.
  • Strong background in account management and developing large enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in quota-driven environments with experience closing high-value deals (six to seven figures).
  • Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, presentation, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to explain complex contractual, technical, and financial details simply.
  • Ability to travel for business, with a minimum of 25% travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, map, and prospect new, high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Drive the sales process from internal leads to qualifying new prospects and handling deals to closure.
  • Develop and manage pricing proposals, negotiate contract terms, and oversee the full contract lifecycle.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Balance challenging priorities and manage multiple projects or deals simultaneously.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while driving annual contract value (ACV).
