Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- Proven track record of delivering advanced reporting for multiple stakeholder teams
- Advanced SQL skills
- Ability to define ETL requirements and work with complex, heterogeneous datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
- Experience building client-facing or executive-ready dashboards
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting findings to senior management
- Demonstrated ability to identify data quality root causes and implement systematic solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards that support stakeholder decision-making across multiple teams and business segments
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, defining technical requirements for ETL processes and data models
- Develop customized KPIs and metrics that quantify business performance, risks, and opportunities
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing validation frameworks and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on reporting needs and communicate findings clearly
- Build or optimize at least two automated reporting workflows using available tools (including AI tools such as Claude or Gemini)
- Document data definitions, reporting procedures, and ETL logic to reduce knowledge concentration risk
- Participate actively in sprint planning and backlog prioritization for the BI team
