Job Details

4+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering/architect and/or technical project management capacity dealing directly with customers and multiple technical teams.
Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integrations.
Experience with system integration design, implementation, and testing, specifically EDI and API integrations.
Native or highly proficient English language skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to clearly define and deliver technical solutions that drive client satisfaction and business results.
First-hand experience working with a TMS system is a plus.

Partner with Sales reps to understand prospect goals, pain points, and operational requirements.
Conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed transportation, logistics, and systems integration requirements.
Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the value and capabilities of the proposed TMS solution.
Create solution proposals, process flow diagrams, and integration architecture overviews.
Deliver Statement of Work documentation for proposed solutions.
Translate customer business requirements into detailed solution designs leveraging TMS configuration, API integrations, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.
Report customer feedback and use case to product teams to help roadmap and feature planning.
Partner with customer success/account management team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers post-implementation, identifying opportunities for optimization and upsell.
