Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, or Solutions Engineering).
  • Relevant domain knowledge in one or more: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
  • Demonstrated autonomy in owning a customer portfolio and managing escalations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to influence internal cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new processes or practices.
  • High emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business success planning by partnering with customers, pre-sales, and post-sales teams.
  • Support the full Business Value Realization cycle to ensure customers prove value internally.
  • Advocate for customer needs and requirements to internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Develop technical knowledge of Chainguard products to help customers optimize their usage.
  • Work with customers and the education team to ensure product and security feature training.
  • Partner with sales teams to manage account renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
