Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, strategy, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Proven experience breaking down ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams.
  • Bias toward execution and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong systems thinking with an understanding of go-to-market ripple effects.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Aptitude for learning new domains, tools, and concepts quickly.
  • Comfort working in a scaling, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own core operational cadences including pipeline and renewal reviews, customer health reporting, and book of business management.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear problem statements and drive resolution through process, reporting, or system changes.
  • Partner with Revenue Technology and Revenue Analytics to evolve systems and data used by Customer Success Managers.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with Sales and Finance to operationalize go-to-market changes.
  • Identify process friction and lead end-to-end improvement efforts.
  • Support leadership in planning cycles, including capacity modeling, segmentation, territory planning, and target setting.
  • Contribute to broader Revenue Operations initiatives.
