Requirements
- Significant B2B product experience on platform, developer tooling, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience in B2B2C structures where the direct customer and end-user are different entities.
- Strong ability to connect product metrics to commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience launching products across Sales, Support, and Customer Success functions.
- Deep technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data flows.
- Ability to communicate fluently with engineers and test-drive shipped features.
- Proficiency in using AI in daily product work with a developed view on its application.
- Ability to create clear product specs and frameworks.
- Experience in energy tech, IoT, or climate tech is a bonus.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered product capabilities is a bonus.
- Experience where documentation and onboarding served as a growth channel is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Define the platform vision and roadmap while defending strategy based on retention, expansion, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Own product onboarding to ensure seamless customer activation and end-user connectivity.
- Prioritize automation and in-platform guidance to improve self-serve resolution rates at scale.
- Lead the discovery and delivery of data-driven insights for energy customers and OEM partners.
- Manage product positioning, messaging, launch, and commercial enablement across internal teams.
